Villas Las Aguas - Living at the Resort
A limited number of excellent home sites are available in the 60 acre preserve around
the Las Aguas Resort. They are available for building your own two-bedroom casita.
The Resort staff will be available to maintain your home in your absence and all of the
amenities of the resort are at your disposal upon your return.
Home building in Costa Rica is very economical and Costa Rican property taxes are
quite low. Foreign nationals may legally own property in Costa Rica and can visit for 90
consecutive days on a renewable tourist visa. Permanent residency status in Costa
Rica is easy to obtain.
Rental income may offset the cost of your investment and the resort staff can rent your
property on your behalf should you wish. Maintenance fees and utilities will be paid
directly to the resort.

contracting firms of the resort at your disposal.
